The bottleneck is not writing code
A client call produces a list. Someone writes it in a document. It gets discussed at the next planning session, half of it gets estimated, and the rest waits for a quieter month that never arrives.
The work is not stuck because your developers are slow. It is stuck between the conversation and the specification.
Whatever form that list arrives in — a call transcript, three lines in an email, a bug report with a stack trace, an alert from the client’s own monitoring — it can go straight in and come back as a pull request that has already run their test suite.
One project per client
Each client gets a project with its own repositories, its own conventions and its own context. What CodeLynq learns about one client's codebase stays with that client. Runs, costs and delivered work are tracked per project, so you can see exactly what each account consumed.
Client code that never leaves your machines
Run CodeLynq on your own hardware with a self-hosted runner. Repositories are cloned locally and the code is never copied onto our servers. If a client contract says their source stays with you, this is how you honour it while still using the product.
You can also bring your own model key, so the spend and the data-retention terms are between you and the provider.
What it changes day to day
The small work that never justified a sprint slot gets done: the copy change, the dependency bump, the bug with a stack trace attached. Your developers keep the work that needs judgement, and review the rest as pull requests instead of writing them.
