Billing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Billing starts when you choose a plan, and every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days. If you would rather see it work before paying, send us one task from your backlog and we will run it against your repository for free.
- What counts as a development run?
- One autonomous implementation of an approved technical spec: CodeLynq reads your repository, writes the change and opens a pull request. Re-runs driven by CI results or reviewer feedback on the same task count as iterations of that run, not as new runs.
- What happens if we go over our monthly runs?
- Runs stop until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan, so you cannot get a surprise invoice.
- Can we use our own Anthropic key?
- Yes. Bring your own key and model spend goes through your account under your own data-retention terms, rather than ours.
- Can we change or cancel our plan?
- Yes, from your organization billing settings at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the next cycle.
