Why this exists
The teams that get value quickly are not the ones with the best tooling. They are the ones who wrote down how they work before letting anything write code for them. That is the part most teams skip.
What a rollout looks like
- Connect a repository. We set up access, pick the first project and let CodeLynq read the codebase to propose your stack, conventions and test strategy. You correct it.
- Run a real task. Not a demo repository: something from your actual backlog, so the first pull request is one your team would genuinely review.
- Tune the gates. Verify command, self review, security scan and whether failed checks should be picked up automatically. This is where output quality is decided.
- Widen it. More repositories, more people, and the settings that matter at scale: single sign-on, roles, self-hosted runners if your code may not leave your machines.
What we ask from you
A repository we can connect, one real task, and an engineer who can spend an hour reviewing the first pull request properly. That last one matters most: the first review is what tells us where the context is still thin.
